Terms of Service

The service operator is Coach AI Cloud Suite ("Coach AI"). These terms apply when you use its scheduling, reminders, scouting, sharing, calendar integration, and AI-assisted features. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Workspace administrators control who may access program data and what each role may do.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Coach AI to break the law, violate another person's rights, access data without permission, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or try to bypass access controls. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you enter or upload. You give Coach AI permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate features you request, such as calendar sync, reminders, AI assistance, exports, and share links. You control whether to create public scouting share links and are responsible for their recipients.

4. AI-assisted features

AI responses, event drafts, and scouting drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on, publishing, or sharing them. Coach AI does not promise that generated material is accurate, complete, or appropriate for a particular decision.

5. Connected services

Some features depend on third-party services, including Supabase authentication and storage, Google Calendar, email delivery, AI model providers, hosting, and analytics. Their own terms and availability may also apply. You may choose not to connect optional integrations.

6. Service changes and availability

Features may change, pause, or stop. Coach AI does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage of every item, or support for every device or integration. Keep copies of important program information and verify time-sensitive schedule details.

7. Suspension and ending use

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Coach AI at any time. Workspace access may also be managed by your organization or workspace administrator.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, Coach AI is provided "as is" without warranties not stated here. Coach AI is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, safety, eligibility, or compliance advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version and date will appear on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply, where permitted by law.
